Avia Sherman is a singer and songwriter whose personal story is woven into every note he writes. A reserves officer who served 600 days in Gaza, avia wrote songs in a tent — for God, for his wife Gefen, and for the people of Israel — while his firstborn son came into the world without him. As the lead vocalist of the ensemble 'Ashira', with eight original songs that have mostly surpassed a million views, he has collaborated with artists such as Moishy Presburger and Aviad, placed third in the 2025 'HaKol HeChadash' competition, and performed on major stages including Binyanei HaUma and Hebron.
