About the artist
Michael Baal-Shem is a certified therapist and group facilitator working in the "Derech" method, focused on emotional independence, inner-part awareness, and deepening self-knowledge. Over the past six years he has led workshops at a range of festivals and gatherings — including the Nevi'a Festival, the Sukkot festival "Ani VeHu," and the "Chai BeMai" festival for essential masculinity — weaving together dialogue, writing, creative practice, and conscious and subconscious exploration. He also creates and facilitates content around the Hebrew calendar, Jewish holidays, and the inner life of the soul, and leads video-therapy and cinema-therapy groups in high schools.
