A creative workshop for women offering time to pause, connect with yourself and others, and explore through art, writing, and nature. Through playful experiments with ink and brushes, personal objects, and fallen natural materials, participants discover their own ways of expressing themselves. A personal journal provides space for words, sketches, and reflections along the way. No previous art experience is needed. Each woman is free to work at her own pace, follow her curiosity, and choose what she wishes to share. The emphasis is on exploration, personal expression, and the pleasure of creating together. Led by Shiri Lanziano, a mixed-media artist, Satya coach, and workshop facilitator with a background in education, educational counseling, and play therapy, the workshop is available as a single session or a series. A series can develop into individual artworks and a closing group exhibition. Suitable for women’s groups, communities, and organizations. Workshops take place at Shiri’s studio in Sha’ar HaAmakim, near Kiryat Tiv’on, or at an agreed location.
